About Us
Northern Comfort Heating and Cooling, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business servicing the heating and cooling needs of Rochester and the surrounding areas. Since 1985, our company has been installing and servicing heating and cooling systems for residential and business customers.
We service all makes and models of systems including heat pumps, heat recovery and electric, oil, and boilers. We also service and repair pool heaters, and perform basic homeowner repairs as needed.
The business was founded by Carl Priest, who has 39 years experience in the heating and cooling business. Carl is a registered plumber and electrician who can assist in home and business HVAC solutions. His wife, Peggy Priest, is the COO of the company.
